Similar case in Canada

There was a similar case in Canada a few years ago in which a teacher assisted some fourth grade students in making videos for a project. The teacher coached the girls to lick popsicles in this case. He was suspended and then fired from his position, though no charges were ever filed. Although that also means he will never teach again in Canada.

But this sets a dangerous precedent I think. Because if you are a pedophile, then any action you take with a child could be considered sexual assault, since it may have aroused sexual feelings or arousal. Ridiculous. If you ask a child in your care to sit down on the floor and by doing so her panties become visible, it is sexual assault.

It seems pedophiles are increasingly being arrested and convicted of thought crimes.
