I hope so, but it seems that corrupted-justice.com has been trying hard to come up with a knock-out legal blow against PJ/XVE for years, and they can't quite seem to do it. I think the main problem has been that not enough stung men had the balls of Dr. Wolin, and instead took the easy way out by cooperating with the cops and prosecutors, and making plea bargains to minimize incarceration time and make the whole mess go away as quickly as possible (though by taking that route, they've undoubtedly guaranteed that they're now branded with the dreaded S.O. designation for life). Perhaps PJ/XVE won't fall in one dramatic blow, but rather they'll slowly die over the long term by a multitude of revelations and incidents that question their credibility and motivation -- thereby rendering them as little more than a joke outside their cohorts in the anti movement. I think that process is clearly underway, and their influence on the national consciousness peaked several years ago.
