What I would like to know...

...is why Xavier doesn't have his house raided for failing to comply with a judge's request? Hasn't he earned a search warrent? Isn't there good reason to suspect that he may have something illegal on his hard drive? I know that LGsinmyheart says that PJ does have CP (and I have heard from other sources that they do too), so when, exactly, are the courts going to come down on him and his cohorts? They must suspect that there is something really sleazy about this guy and his whole operation. I would love to see the look on Xavier's face if he has to experience something as traumatic and humiliating as a raid on his house simply for having pics on his hard drive.
