They say jokes should never be explained but...it's from a real popular scene from the movie Pulp Fiction. The last line is one of those Samuel Jackson classics: "English, motherfucker! Do you speak it!"

The pudding line, btw, is of course from Pink Floyd's The Wall. Double pop culture whammy!
