Because of the activities online that pj do, it sounds reasonable to suppose that the computers used for entrapment are particularly exposed to recieve malicious files - after all, too high security in them would also prevent the execution of most of the fun online where staci13f is supposed to hang out, which would make the task much harder. In that sense, I wouldn't be *overly* surprised that they have a higher-than-average malware infection rate in their entrapment computers. That said, it is obviously at least obstruction of justice to refuse to have the drive examined - and even if it was infected, it's likely that a forensic team could recover enough data. Not to mention that if the evidence cannot be independently verified, it should also be dropped as evidence.
