A GM for kba...and everyone else

I spent the day with Betty and her parents today. We went to a lake that had a lot of LGs running around in their cute bathing suits. Sadly, Betty wasnt able to go swimming (a friend visiting), so I didnt get to see her in her suit. I did get to see a LG about 3yo being changed out of her clothes and into her suit. GREAT view ;-)

But what made the day great was spending time with Betty. We played catch and Frisbee several times during the day and went for a walk together along the river.

I knew she was upset about not being able to go swimming so I told her that Id throw her in the water. Her face lit up with a bright smile and she said Really???!!! Sadly, I had to let her down and told her that I would if her mom wouldnt get mad at both of us, and then put my arm around her and kissed her on the top of her head. We walked back to the campsite with our arms around each other.

I needed to leave before they did. Betty stood up and walked over to me and gave me a hug and kiss. I said I love you sweetheart and she replied I love you too. I said goodbye to everyone else and started to leave. My friend offered to walk me to my car, but I said I was a big boy and could make it on my own. Betty got up and said Wait for me. She walked down to my car with me and gave me another hug and kiss goodbye and another I love you.

All in all, it was a glorious day!!
