What the F*@! is with this Hag?

This woman pretends to be a teenage boy on MySpace, flirts with a 13yo girl, and then dumps and humiliates the girl. Shortly after this, the girl commits suicide. This leads to the nation's first cyberbullying trial, but the judge tentatively dismisses it because it's unconstutionally vague.

Two questions: (1) How is looking at pics of LGs on the Internet considered a far worse crime than what that hag did? (2) If they really want to get this woman, why don't they prosecute her for flirting with a minor online? She may or may not be a pedophile, but she sure acted like one! You can bet that if it was a man who had done that, he'd already be in prison and labelled a sex offender.
