As Sancho said, unlike sex (barring STD's) these substances are harmful to anyone who uses them. Yes, Cannabis may be less harmful than tobacco, but it's still harmful.

Alcohol: I'd support lowering the age. My reason for this is, if a person is old enough to go to war and die for their country, I think they are old enough to drink.

Cannabis: I support legalizing it, but I don't think I want to see a 3 or 4yo be able to walk into the store and buy a pack of Acapulco Gold, even if they are "lights" ;-)

Tobacco: Again, I'd support lowering the age on it.
