I believe in free will. There shouldn't be any age restriction on anything. It should be up to the parents to better educate the kids on the positives and negatives about various substances.

I think this should also apply to drivers license, making the requirements only a certain height and passing the drivers and written tests.

Age is just the number of years you have been alive. Years are a measurement of the revolutions the earth travels around the sun. There is no direct correlation between age and maturity level.
