Maybe so, my non-American yet somehow Libertarian Party pal:p ...but they could still make that outsourcing work better if they did away with the tight-assed conservative fears about sex and drugs and by giving educated freedom to their kids. Would be nice to have the money to be ADDING education programs instead of having to kill off existing ones due to morons demanding less school funding, ie, I got mine already, so don't tax me.

Then again, what do the rich private schools do? Not much better.
