back to face the music, and none seem to have common sense enough to factor into the decision, whether the 13 year old consented or not. Are these people brainless, or no? I would have to say that whether or not she consented, should be considered as relevant to the case. But then that would be unfair to all who did not have such a factor figured into their own charges and court findings. While I'd like to see change occur in consent laws; I doubt that, even if this celeb escapes charges, it will aide in doing so for the rest of us ordinary's. He's of a priveleged class. Celebs are usually exceptions to the rule. Look at O.J. or the other guy who succeeded in evading justice until his stupidity got in the way. You know; the guy who put his wife in the lake/bay/water, by using his boat, I think that's how it went.
