I wouldn't know how to "create" a GM.

For me the delight of a GM is that it is the expression of the girl being herself. And to force oneself into the situation is to alter the environment.

I prefer unspoiled LGs in their natural habitat :)

That said, the same rules apply as in other encounters.

Be yourself.

You are more likely to be of interest when you are doing something you are interested in; provided it isn't a lone enterprise like stamp collecting or something which excludes girls like a pub crawl.

While I find 3-8 year olds tres cute, I connect better with 9 on up. And the things I bond over with 11 and 14 year olds tend to be the same hobbies I bond with 25 and 33 year olds. True, there aren't that many girls who are passionate about Sci-Fi, Comics and Animation; but there are more of them from 33 on down than there ever have been in the past. And you'll find them wherever you go for the stuff.

You can't create a special moment between yourself and anyone else.

But if your pursuing interests which broaden your experience and round out your life, you will be guaranteed to become a better person if you don't meet girls; and you'll have an interest in common if you do.

Of course the key to all of this is being out and about.
