I have been fortunate enough to see two very cute girls completely topless in public this year (2009). The first was probably three years old, and the second about five. Both events were very unexpected, and the second occurred just this past weekend. You gotta keep you eyes open!

I know, for those who live in areas of the world where reason, rational thought, and functioning brains are more prevalent, this is probably nothing unusual, but where I live it is quite rare.
