Dreaming/fantasy can be fine. If it works for you, that's good. I guess I tend to dream a lot too.

As long as one is able to tell the difference between dream and reality. Reality have constraints and consequences.

Fiction can be a source of great joy. I don't have a problem with fiction. But presenting fiction as reality can be a problem.
