It depends. In some parts of Canada and the U.S., there are enclaves of offshoot societies that stick to some type of Old English. They use it exclusively. But, for everyone else, thou and thee are never used. Oh, they are used in Christian church services that read from the King James Version of the bible. I forgot that.
