If a poster admits to sexual contact with a minor, and they have already been arrested and convicted for it, they must say that in each and every post in which they discuss the crime.

It is that simple. People reading these posts may not have any idea that Gimwinkle already was arrested for this, and think he broke the law and got away with it. These rules are in place for the protection of our forum and it's posters. If you do not understand this, and why the disclaimers need to be there each time, then perhaps you should not be posting here.

Once Gimwinkle confirms he was convicted of these specific offenses, I will go back and add the disclaimer for him. I find it hard to believe that you do not understand why these steps need to be taken.

This site would be shut down in a heartbeat if we did not enforce these rules.
