Set a new goal and a short GM

I jogged five miles yesterday without stopping once.

Usually after the first mile my right knee would start hurting so I'd have to walk the rest of the way, but with some painkillers (I didn't need surgery after all) I ran the whole five miles.

I post these stories not for bragging rights but for encouragement. I know its tough being a pedophile but I tell everyone here not to be afraid of either the bears or those silly nerd antis at PJ/AZU, and self-improvement is the way to show those guys what's up.

Also a Mexican girl about 12 yrs old wearing a blue sweater and a VERY short denim skirt and bent over in front of me while I was getting some workout gloves at the sporting goods store. Yellow shorts underneath. Darn.

And she said hi to me, so I smiled and waved back.
