Uh, no it's not. That is just flat factually wrong. If you're as devoted to science as you claim to be, then you need to read Steven Pinker, particularly 'The Blank Slate' and 'How the Mind Works.'

I'm sure you'll admit that there are plenty of examples of adoptive parents who are just as bonded to their adopted child, if not more so, than many biological parents. Human beings are flexible, and their biological mechanisms are often so general that they give a heavy role to culture.

There are exceptions to every rule regarding human behavior and biology, but that doesn't make the rule any less true. That last line sounds an awfully lot like the blank slate theory, which Pinker and other evolutionary biologists have pretty much demolished.
