Well LOL at her father always talking about money. He really loves her. And her money.

He actually rationalized what about exactly would be enough to allow her grades to drop. Now I don't think grades are actually that important for happiness, but that is beside the point.

I think the parents are more open than some, but it looks like their also acting in their self interest, as opposed to just their daughter's.
