As you describe her, and what she is saying here, she seem like a wonderful and warm hearted girl...

I never experienced the loss of a lg relationship, because I really never had one... (unfortunately.) But I have loved young women more than myself. (It have happened twice in my life.) One of the girls, it still hurts so bad years after we quit contact. The other girl I feel I manage much better, when thinking about her, cause she said things and comforted me so well with her good words and her understanding when we "broke up" so it made it more bearable for me...

At least you can stay in touch. And you both know what you feel for eachother. So when you give a hint, a smile, a touch, she will know about all the love you have inside, for her. And you know when she gives a hint too.

I agree about the advices other have given.

Just stay in touch, that's what I would do.
