Because lovingly kissing a little girl harms her, even if she won't admit it, leading her to eventually become a slut or marry an abusive man.
While girls from that video were adults, so free to do anything they wanted as long as they didn't affect someone else directly. Of course, adults who watch that video can watch any kind of stuff without suffering any kind of effect. Except children in suggestive poses, that will automatically turn them into child rapists and murderers.
