OK, I think you all may have a point. The way i see it, I am certain I could tell him, and he would not become a problem to me. He would understand I think, and he certainly wouldn't stop talking to me, nor do something to hurt me.

However, just telling him, though it would give me closure, and make me feel like he was there for me, to put it all on him at this time, prior to thinking about how difficult it may be for him to see and accept, would put a large amount of pressure on him, and I'm better off talking to him inn person, and giving it the time it deserves. So the short-term emotional ease I would feel to let him know of my suffering maybe just that.

I'll be waiting until I feel a bit better, so I can consider what I would tell him if I were not so sad, despite feeling a strong need now for others, like him since we are close, to know of the suffering.

Any to everyone, I'm thanking you all, but do not have the energy to reply to each of your words at this time, as I've just got back from the psychologist which went well, but I only got a couple of hours sleep because I was up writing last night, about 14 pages, 11 font, single space.

It helped my process, and helped me explain today to my therapist what I've been going through since I broke off seeing him 2 years ago. Now he actually understands. I'll make a post about our session in time.
