I felt your words spoke best to my feelings when I was really upset. I still am, but improving noticeably.

What you said was helpful because in this case, I did feel like I had died inside, and lost a part of who I am for good. Maybe not so, but what is required is time to morn my loss with myself.

Whereas, sometimes when a relationship ends, you end up feeling other things. Somehow, this was more profound than any other experience for me. I've had the end of relationships before...
