This is one of the few cases where your diseases obsession actually has a basis. :p Although, like with everything, there still are ways to minimize the risks. Just that the risks are larger than they use to be. (And different: shit-transmitted diseases are usually not the same as STDs)

Oh......the joys of doing things that are unthinkable. They certianly have an unmatched degree of excitement and mystique attached to them.
