Now that is something where I have problems understanding the erotic appeal.

I have taken care of many puking-drunk people, and been puking-drunk myself, too many times to see any erotic value in vomitation. Otoh, I am also desensitized to it for the same reason, so I find it less erotic but at the same time less gross than shitting. If it makes sense. That is also why I don't eww at the thought of a bulimic girl or at the scandal of "X celebrity is bulimic". As long as she doesn't make me clean, I am all right with it.
