Glad to hear that you are feeling better, and that you are being reasonably safe. We have seen some people come to this board and describe situations similar to yours. Some of them have not been so lucky, or so rational.

Rather than installing a keylogger, parents may just find that she has left her email open or that she has set her browser to save her passwords. I have met a lot of snoopy parents who will riffle through their kids' email. Lucky for me, I was much more tech savvy than my parents.

Keep on working on your small goals and projects. I too find that it helps to keep busy. That is one reason why I prefer to be in school. If I can bury myself in my studies, I don't have to think about the bad things in my life. So, with that said, keep busy and let us know if you are in need of any emotional support.
