Most importantly it takes ppls eyes off the periphery and directly onto the 4' of road in front of their bumper and secondly if some guy (or woman) were to be seen having a moment of self pleasure whilst viewing this creative safety idea IT could be deemed CP, wouldn't that be farcical.
