Speaking for myself, I don't, but that's not to say that I don't find infants in diapers cute. My AoA goes way down, 4-9 I guess... but I also at times like 10-up to 12, 13 yos. I'm also somewhat of a Nepi too, I'd say.

I don't know any GLs who are DLs (diaper lovers) but I have met a one who's into omorashi (arousal from having a full bladder or a sexual attraction to someone else experiencing the feeling of a full urinary bladder/aka bladder desperation), also met a non in dA who's also into omorashi. Both like real and cartoon-omorashi. There's also many variations of omorashi play, including omutsu omorashi, less commonly called oshime omorashi, both of which translate as "to wet oneself in a diaper." This omutsu variation is essentially the same as the standard omorashi, except that the participants are wearing a diaper instead of panties.

But to answer, no, I don't think it that uncommon in CLs.
