What a good feeling. :-) (GM)

Yesterday a client brought in his little daughter (+/- 4yo) when meeting with me. I gave the little girl a small gift. It was great watching her face light up, and she was playing with it as they left. It was nothing fancy, but she liked it, and it made me so happy to watch her enjoying it. :-D Kids can be amused by the smallest things, which is a very endearing quality.

I am reminded of another time I gave some friends of mine a plate of cookies, and their then-11yo daughter's face lit up, and she spontaneously hugged me. It feels great to make people happy. :-) (Well, that and receiving a hug from an 11yo girl is a delight in and of itself! LOL)
