Apparently, this woman do not have confidence in her daughter's looks. She is 7 for crying out loud! She's ALREADY BEAUTIFUL! Worse, this risk is a can have devastating effects on the young girl. Psychologically, and physically (tattoo). This girl might think, "I will be ugly forever, no matter what make-up is used on me!" or, "My mum messed my face up!"

Even if this young woman wins the competition, she is still subject to earlier health problems from this proceedure imposed on this poor girl. I would NEVER do this to my daughter..


Sigh..
