A GM in NYC

We entered the subway downtown on a sunny morning, Brooklyn Bridge was on the menu for this day.
And there she was, the girl of my dreams, alive and real and just a couple of feet away from me.

Maybe 11 or 12 yo, Indian or Pakistani and dressed in traditional purple costume. Suppose there are many Indian girls in NY, but this is the only one I saw wearing this traditional clothing.

I couldn't resist and sat down next to her, careful so I wouldn't touch her.
From close distance she was even more perfect, beautiful hands and feet with a fine bone structure, spotless dark skin, shiny long hair in a ponytail and big round eyes.

I would have liked to take a picture of her but didn't dare to ask. A couple of stations later we all left the subway, she went into another direction and even the way she walked was graceful.

A grabbed my hand and brought me back into the real world, but I won't forget her as long as I live.
