Don't they realize

The love that I feel is one sided. Q just goes along because I am an adult and she has an innate need to do what I say. That before long I would abuse her and she will pretend to enjoy it to please me.

Don't the antis realize that the above would imply that children don't really love their parents, either, because they have a supposed "innate need" to please their parents? And of course, as BlackMyHeart points out, anybody who spends any time with actual children knows perfectly well that kids certainly do NOT always do what adults tell them to! The idea makes me ROTFLMAO!
