I believe that art is intentional. Because art is context, not content. Anything and everything can be art, but that's not helpful because it doesn't delineate what is art from what isn't art. I believe art is anything that's being viewed as art. It doesn't have to be intended as art, but it can still be received as art. Art is what happens inside the human heart. It's dependent on expression, otherwise it would just be feelings and "art" would be superfluous. But what causes those feelings can be fluid, and also highly subjective. There is no universal ratings board that decides what gets to be considered art and what doesn't (thank god!). Art is anything that anyone is ever moved to describe as art, but only so long as they or someone else continues to feel that way.
