FAQ 1 reveals our requirement that registered posters be over 18.

We know from your posts that you claim to be an adult, and so we have registered you under these terms.

But if you keep insisting that we were wrong to believe that you weren't a child, we will have to rescind your resignation. Otherwise your posts could be offered as evidence that we allow posting in violation of our registration requirements.

We can be a forum where folks are free to discuss age-dysphoria. But we can't allow the creation of a minor-online-identity unless it is clearly flagged as a joke-nick with an adult registered poster behind it; as Baldette or Lil' Grundoon are.
