Yes, I guess I will have problems explaining why I want to give it to her or her mother. The mother might remember the toy, and the girl will definitely remember the toy...
I could say that I bought it. And that it was the last one. And I felt really heavy guilt after, because I was buying the last one. And because I heard the mama promise the little girl that they might go back later and buy it. That's whyI promised myself that if I ever met them again, I would give it to her?
Well, Maybe I should keep it as a memory... I had to buy it, and I can not give it to her...
I'm open for suggestions, even if it's only a nice thought experiment.
