Assuming, of course, that we do.

Here's why I think she will show skin:

every commercial focuses on that scene, Sansa's dress being ripped. There has to be some skin shown, it's not a sexual scene so they can get away with it.

Also, must I remind everyone of the 7th episode of season one? Granted, the naked little girl was an extra (and probably a nudist irl) but they obviously aren't afraid of showing naked girls as long as they aren't sex scenes.
