Can you be specific, and mention exactly how their attitudes or perceptions were changed. Some specific examples would be great. And if you can quote some of their exact (or close to exact) words that convinced you they've had a perception change--that would be even greater.

I'm trying to get an idea into how some of these people see the issue beforehand and then how they see it after being influenced by you guys. I also would like you to give some examples of actual things you might say to them, along with things they may say back. Etc. Etc
