One thing that really angers me about abortion in general, and female abortion in general is.... Why do they deny these girls' and children's right to live when there are plenty of people who would want them? There's plenty of Girl Lovers who would gladly take the girls, instead of having them being aborted.

Because nowhere in the world is there a free market in parenthood.

If newborn babies could be freely sold and bought in the market, the laws of supply and demand would make sure that there would be neither excessive supply (which is what aborted babies are, economically speaking) nor excessive demand (which would be, for example, the forced impregnation programs undertaken by the SS during WW2). They would match each other and neither curve would face scarcity. (Both do, in today's world).

But, you know, most of the world hates free markets most of the time. When critics and supporters alike claim that the state just saved capitalism in the current financial crisis, you know there's something wrong...

I'm not joking about this, either.

Sadly, neither am I. Sex is worse than death is the de facto attitude taken by most "child advocates" these days. They're more interested in finding and arresting a guy who traded KP online and who is hard to identify, than the assholes who killed or had killed thousands of children in the Sri Lankan civil war of a couple years ago and who are still in power...
