For the record, I do not think they are clamoring to have sex with us. I do think that they don't care they are illegal and are having sex anyway, which to me, is more than enough proof of their intentions. If anything, a better proof than outspoken clamoring.

Well, it depends on the child. I think when they become aware that it's against the law, that can change their perspective on the issue, but in general I agree. That isn't necessarily a selling point though. Not caring about the laws doesn't indicate a child who is sexually healthy; it could just indicate a child who doesn't understand the full consequences of what they are doing. The child's intentions are important: why is she engaging in sex? It may not be pleasure-seeking behavior.
