Is nymphomania itself harmful for her?
If she manages to marry a good husband, and exercises her nymphomania only with him, does not get into trouble for cheating him etc.... not much harm done. A frigid wife or a nymphomaniac wife may be loving and faithful, and they may successfully make and raise her children with her husband - but a nymphomaniac wife who enjoys the process of making the babies would be happier all along than the frigid wife who enjoys only the results but not the process.
What about the boy?
A 4 year old boy clearly can be taught to have sex, and would enjoy it.
Note who she is.
A house help. At 11.
If she stays with him... he would be getting through his adolescent subfertility at 12...14.
At which time she´d be in her prime (actually past it at 19...21) and could bear in safe and healthy manner the first baby he is able to make. A 19 year old girl pregnant by a boy of 12 would be healthier and safer than a 12 year old girl pregnant by a 12 year old boy.
She might gain - moving from a family who needs to send their daughter out at 11 to be a house help for others, to a family who can afford to hire a house help.
He, however... would be perfectly safe, physically, enjoying sex at 4 or making babies at 12. But he and his children might be missing out the wealth and connections from marrying some girl of his own estate instead - a girl whose family could afford to hire house help instead of sending their daughters out as house help.
