I agree, too.

We are human beings. Some of us like chocolate ice cream, some of us like vanilla ice cream, and some of us like spicy chili with hot jalapeños.

My AoA centers on 6 and 7 year olds with 5 year olds being very attractive and 4 year olds just being pretty. On the other side, 8 and 9 year olds are very attractive, but 10 is beginning to become too old for me. For me, a six or seven year old will hit me like a hammer hitting my heart. I get a rapid heartbeat, my eyes are ripped from my control to lock onto her... or them. Before, I could be in the middle of a conversation and, should a little angel walk in, I'll just stop talking while I am tracking the object of my addiction. Today, while I am still addicted, I am very well self-controlled but my AoA has never changed.

(Similar to what has been said already), many of us don't know why we have specific ranges. But, we do and we live with it.
