That's the same way I interpreted your questions and commentary. I went into more detail about this in another reply to one of Dissident's posts on the same subject. I think Dissident has some prior bad experience with people playing devil's advocate that I personally haven't experienced, so perhaps he's particularly sensitive to people playing devil's advocate. Obviously you, nor I for that matter, would know that unless he had already informed us of that, so you inadvertently triggered that response from him.

Still, even though you triggered a negative response from him, notice how much maturely and rationally Dissident handled his negative feelings compared to Gatekeeper. My problem with Gatekeeper has much more to do with how he handles his negative feelings, rather than having negative feelings in and of itself. Negative feelings are fine as long as you can handle them in a productive rather than counterproductive fashion.
