If some charges are not pressed on this guy for the murder then that just further proves the bigoted anti-pedo mentality of our society. This type of killing would not be justified for any other crime.

There probably will be some charges. "No jury would convict" perhaps, but probably still some charges. Generally, there is leniency for "heat of the moment/passion" crimes, i.e. more lenient sentence for killing a guy caught having consensual sex with your wife, as opposed to the planned and premeditated murder of someone. For a moment, let's just take pedophile-phobia and pedophilia out of it altogether: A man catches a rapist sexually assaulting his adult daughter. Probably something similar would happen. What do you make of that?
