Oh, God, this is a tough one to explain my position on. IMHO, an angry father caught a man sexually assaulting his young daughter and ended up beating him to death in a crime of passion. I'm sorry the man is dead, but his death is not the same as premeditated murder. You can scream "Setup!" at me all you want, but you have no proof of that either. I find it funny that I get picked on for going against the herd mentality, but nobody picks on all the other people here who are assuming it was a setup and coming up with conspiracy theories based on nothing.

I'm as pro choice as anyone here is, but even I know that if a father catches you in the act, even if it is consensual, you're really taking your chances, right or wrong. That doesn't justify anything, of course, but that's just the reality of the situation. The fact that this guy got caught red handed suggests just how reckless he was. Sounds like Darwinism in action to me.

Of course, I could be wrong. I sometimes am. It's nothing to get hung about. Sorry if you disagree with me once again. Hopefully we'll find some common ground soon. :)
