Well said. This is a bad joke.

They used to say pedophiles have below average intelligence, now they say that CP viewers are educated and intelligent - but none are doctors, lawyers, or other professionals. Numerous studies have found no significant link between CP viewing and sexual contact with children, and these folks report a near certainty of abuse. They claim that CP is on the rise, and yet crime as a whole is in decline (in the U.S. where CP is probably at least as prevalent as in Britain, crime is at record lows, though I don't know about Britain - but it certainly suggests a lack of causation).

It's getting harder and harder to justify strong governmental controls when the people are already law-abiding - so they invent new crimes, or at least rumors of crimes.
