The Man Without A Face.

Not the Mel Gibson piece of trash, but an honest portrayal of the novel by Isabelle Holland. Someone needs to make this movie.

Another would be a movie based on The Moralist by Rod Downey. This is by far the best and most honest historical fiction account of an inter-generational relationship between a boy and a man that I have ever read. And I have read them all from Hakim Bey to Casimir Dukahz to Mary Renault to Edmund White to Thomas Mann to Kevin Esser.

If there are honest, healthy novels about inter-generational relationships with girls, I have not yet found them. Any suggestions....anyone?
