I'd say, instead, that we mods need to talk about this a bit. Your post seemed to be strongly supported by one part of the vid sharing policy while being condemned by another part. It's our job to work out what we're supposed to do when stuff like that happens so that we're not unequally and unfairly enforcing the rules.

So.... for right now, I'll just say "We'll get back to you on this one, Joey!" :)
