Re: British Judge Knows Nothing About FB

Facebook already cooperates with police in cases of stolen identities, even without a court order when they feel it warranted. They have had this policy at the very least since the Myspace Mom incident, but I seem to remember it was on since before that. No need for this; and certainly can't see why it's news.

(And of course, since impersonation is explicitly against their TOS, they have the right to civilly sue the culprits too)
