So have ours, if they imply sexual contact.

Both partners also had to be adults above the age of consent. The AOC for homosexuals was also higher than for heterosexuals.

What do you mean? There was no AOC for homosexuals. ALL homosexual sex was illegal regardless of age. (Sure enough, subject to being caught, but still).
