Yes, I know these, because I have been on the net very long. After every session I use East-Tec Eraser, CCleaner (bothe with Gutmann method) and finally Bleachbit, only one pass, because it does not give you more.

I do not have BC Wipe now and I don't know what the latest versions are like, but I could easily check on that on the net. I used it years ago, and I used Bestcrypt to encrypt my swap file in my previous computer, and also created some containers inside containers made with another program.
